A Mystery in Ealdormere

Brainchild of Nicola Canis, this month long web event revolves around the apparent abduction of one of the Barons of Ealdormere. The Rules were posted to Facebook on Sep 2, 2020:

Hello Ealdormere,

I have some exciting news. A new online event is coming to the kingdom. “A Mystery in Ealdormere”. This will be a Who dun it style mystery YOU get to try and solve.

Watch for the start of the event next week!

Before we begin I would like to state the rules and how this works to allow questions so we can get that out of the way.

1. Participation should be kept to private messages and off of group comments and posts. (I ask all social media officers help do this by reminding those that do post in your group of this rule)

2. You may private message our actors/suspects via Facebook message system. They can give out clues and gossip about others if you are lucky.

3. Be respectful to our actors!

4. Clues and messages will be released periodically throughout the month via Video.

5. At the end of the month you can make a guess on WHO and HOW the crime was committed Via a form.

I come with a plea for help to learn more of Baron Dafydd’s where-abouts. We wish for the Barons safe return. 

So far we have collected a list of 6 suspects whom we are interrogating:

Part ten was posted a day early to fit the Mystery's timeline. That same day, the following was posted to the Ealdormere Facebook group:

People of Ealdormere! 

Our investigation has stalled and we emplore you to assist us in bringing Baron Dafydd home. Please tell us who you think has been the mastermind in his disappearance so we may send out our men to retrieve him! You have until the end of Sept. 27th to find out all you can from the interveiws, messaging suspects, and asking friends. 

Please help us return Baron Dafydd home!
